Natalia Futekova will be among the speakers at the Business Lady Excellence Forum, part of the Smart talks initiative and the annual Business Lady and Business Lady Awards. The main theme of the inspiring forum, which will be held on June 12 in the Sofia Hall of the Marinella Hotel, is “Women in business are the new reality”.

According to the organizers, we live in a time when new trends are emerging towards women in business, and ladies are playing more and more social roles in society. According to EU data, Bulgaria is one of the top positions for women in managerial positions. However, there are a number of questions – what are the pros and cons of this new reality, what are the trends, the advantages and the consequences of that?

Is it myth that IT professions are male and can a woman be successful and respected in the sphere? How does a woman manage and develop an IT company and what are the new trends in the industry? And most importantly – how does the woman remain a woman in a male world? Answers to these and many other questions will try to give Natalia Futekova, who will talk on “Bold + Brilliant” during the inspirational Business Lady Excellence event.

Prof. Dr. Natalia Futekova is managing partner at ERP.bg – one of the leading Bulgarian software development companies. It combines successfully the entrepreneurial career in the field of technology with academic and scientific activity, as well as with active participation in educational and other social causes. In 2015 he founded the ERP Academy – an innovative project of companies from the ERP branch in Bulgaria, which are joining efforts to make higher education closer to the real needs of the business, and future employees as fully prepared for the labor market in the sphere of business management and IT. In 2016. received a Doctor degree and several months later he was awarded the Junior Chamber International – Bulgaria, part of the world-famous format The Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) for Academic Achievement or Leadership. From 2017 Natalia Foutekova is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies (BAIT).
