PROF. DR NATALIA FUTEKOVA IN BLOOMBERG TV: WHEN STATE DOESN`T HELP BUSINESS, IT`S HELPING TO ITSELF

When the state apparatus doesn`t work for business, the business begins to work for itself. This is what Dr. Natalia Futekova, the founder of ERP Academy said in the “Business Start” program,  by Ivan Nonchev. Together with the Higher School of Insurance and Finance (VUZF), they created the master program “Business Analysis and ERP Solutions”, which is the first of its kind in Bulgaria and prepares highly sought after and appreciated business software consultants. With it, students are realized not as programmers, but as professionals in the implementation, sales and maintenance of high-end business management solutions – professions that are becoming more and more sought after in the world.

Natalia Futekova pointed out that the companies in Bulgaria are very active and thanks to them they create new specialties and support education. She added that there is a great shortage of staff and higher education is not always enough, because each company has its own requirements and methodology of work.

“It is normal when companies take footage to educate them. But there are companies that have fully set up their academies and, accordingly, have started to study their staff from the very beginning, “said Natalia Futekova, at Bloomberg TV.

As a major problem in state universities, Mrs. Futekova pointed out the reluctance of older teachers to follow trends and refresh their training methods.
