Prof. Dr. NATALIA FUTEKOVA WITH PROFILE IN LABORATORY FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH (VUZF LAB)

 

Prof. Dr. Natalia Futekova is the founder of the ERP Academy and the leader of the first of its kind master`s degree in ERP Systems in Bulgaria “Business Analysis and ERP Solutions”, which was established in partnership with the Higher School of Insurance and Finance (VUZF) . Since 2017 she is a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies (BAIT).

Prof. Dr. Natalia Futekova has two bachelor degrees in Economics of Communication and Accounting, a Master’s degree from the University of National and World Economy, major in Economics of Communications and Ph.D. from the same university. specialty “Application of computing equipment in the economy”. In 2016 she was elected associate professor. Winner of the Junior Achievement and Leadership Award (2016) from Junior Chamber International – Bulgaria. The project is part of the world-famous format The Outstanding Young Persons – TOYP (“The Most Outstanding Young People”).

Prof. Dr. Natalia Futekova is Managing Partner of ERP.BG – one of the leading Bulgarian software development companies. It combines successfully the entrepreneurial career in the field of technology with academic and scientific activity, as well as with active participation in educational and other social causes. Her research interests are in the development of ERP systems and other business software solutions, business management and information systems deployment. He is actively involved in various initiatives in support of education, culture and entrepreneurship. She is an organizer and member of the “Innovators in Education” jury, as well as a mentor in the Start It Smart pre-engineer.

Prof. Dr. Natalia Futekova is working in cooperation with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) in the development of innovative technologies in information systems. She has authored dozens of papers and papers in international conferences dealing with areas such as communications economics, small and medium business development, business management systems, quality standards, competitiveness, mobile and online technologies for business, optimization business processes, information security, resource management in the public sector, and others. She is a co-founder of the Professional Association “European and National Development Programs” (PAENPR), taking active part in the Chambers of Economic Development and Competitiveness and Science and Education.

For 11 years she was assistant professor at the Department of Information Technologies and Communications at the Faculty of Applied Informatics and Statistics at the University of National and World Economy. Among the courses she held there are “Customer Relationship Management,” Enterprise Resource Management, “Informatics”, “ERP Human Resource Management” and “Customer Relationship Management Systems”.
