Assoc. Prof. Natalia Futekova – Member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Association for Information Technology (BAIT), higher education department and managing partner at the software company ERP.BG, participated in the 15th National Conference on e-Education, organized by ICT Media.

 “The business centers need to be addressed with more specific business problems so that young scientists do not pursue scientific research in their own right, but with those that relate to the real needs of businesses,” said Assoc. Natalia Futekova during the discussion in the panel “Crossing point between higher education institutions and the IT business in the country”.

Within the conference, digital resources for STEM education from the Virtual School Cabinet of Mathematics, developed at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) were presented.

Official guests at the opening of the conference were Maria Gabriel – European Commissioner for the Digital Economy and Digital Society and Eng. Tanya Mihailova – Deputy Minister of Education and Science.
