A strong third edition of the annual Talent Battle Forum brought together the best Employer Branding experts in Sofia.

Top managers, communication experts and human resources specialists participated in the discussions, and the event was opened by President (2012-2017) Rosen Plevneliev.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Natalia Futekova – Managing Partner at Software Company ERP.BG participated in Employer Branding Forum 2019, where she presented successful practices for the sustainable development of companies’ image.

Natalia Futekova presented the topic “Trust and partnership. Sustainability of the company image”, sharing with the audience that trust is the driving force in the creation of the company and the key to its successful development in all directions.

The Employer Branding Forum 2019 focuses on the most successful employer branding campaigns. During the event, hot topics were discussed such as the need for brand ambassadors, innovation in employee engagement, positioning companies as attractive employers, the role of dual talent training, the various techniques for attracting and retaining talented employees.
