Natalia Futekova was an IT panel moderator at the Business Excellence 2022 Forum

Natalia Futekova was the moderator of the Technology Development and Business Place Panel during the Business Excellence 2022 Business Forum, which took place at the end of March in EFE Hall at Hotel Marinela in Sofia. “Inspirational and Smart talks for higher business achievements” is the motto of the event, which brought together leading industry, IT, human resources and marketing experts.

Among the most interesting topics for guests of the inspiring business event were those about information technology and the way they affect our entire environment. Georgi Alexandrov, Country Managing Director of Oracle Bulgaria, Hristo Hristov – President of IAB Bulgaria and CEO of Netinfo and Anastas Shopov – Managing Director of ERP.BG, took part in the Technology Development Technology Platform and their Place in Business.

Natalia Futekova has been selected as moderator of the IT panel for her long experience in business and education, as well as a number of successes she has achieved over the years. She is the managing partner of ERP.BG – one of the leading Bulgarian business software development companies, and a member of the board of directors of the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies (BAIT). It combines successfully the entrepreneurial career in the field of technology with academic and scientific activity, as well as with active participation in educational and other social causes. In 2015 he founded the ERP Academy – an innovative project of companies from the ERP branch in Bulgaria, which are joining efforts to make higher education closer to the real needs of the business, and future employees as fully prepared for the labor market in the sphere of business management and IT.

“Today, digital technologies cover all economic sectors and public spheres. More and more people are talking about autonomous cars, smart homes and businesses, digital payments, e-medicine and education – these are just a few examples of the extent to which the IT sector redefines other aspects of our lives. I expect this trend to grow in the coming years with the development of technology segments such as the Internet of Things, virtual and added reality, artificial intelligence, and the processing of large data sets. Some call these trends a fourth industrial revolution. Regardless of how we will call them, it is certain that we are faced with extremely comprehensive changes that will affect the lives of everybody in the world”, said Natalia Futekova.

The focus of the Business Excellence 2022 forum organized by Business Lady and Bulgaria Business Review this year was on business excellence. It is linked to the application of exceptional practices in the organization and the achievement of high results – an integrated selection of successful practices through which we can develop the business to the best that can be. These practices have become models for how a world-class organization should function. Among the lecturers of the event were experts such as Spiridula Drakopoulou from Google, Tom Quigley – owner and chief marketing officer of QuigleyMedia, Steve Kale – manager of MariaDB Corporation, Plamen Petrov – Managing Partner at Equinox Partners, Detelina Smilkova – Vice President of VUZF, Lilia Stoyanov – CEO and business angel at Transformify and others.
